• Coordinates reviews and evaluations for complaints and appeals received by the organization. • Applies in-depth knowledge of subject matter and coaches others on complaints and appeals.

Requirements

• 2-4 Years appeals experience. • Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills. • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. • Preferred: prior claims experience, health insurance experience, compliance or audit experience, grievance and appeals experience.
