Description

• This Treasury Management Services Analyst position performs a variety of operational tasks related to account analysis, payee/positive pay and account reconciliation processes and functions. • Input pricing and volume data into the pricing module of the core banking system and the account analysis systems for accurate pricing activities. • Execute daily Payee/Positive Pay exception processing functions, monitor decisioning, manually track fees, generate reporting, reconcile and respond to inquiries. • Perform set-up, maintenance and testing of payee/positive pay and account reconciliation products. • Research and analyze client account analysis information as requested. • Independently review maintenance updates, billing changes and account analysis statements for accuracy. • Provide supporting documentation as requested for pricing and billing changes history. • Respond to inquiries over the phone or in writing. • Exercise independent judgment by recognizing and recommending pricing opportunities.

Requirements

• Education: High School Required, Associate's Degree Business Preferred. • Experience: 2-4 years Financial services or banking Required, 3-5 years Financial services or banking, Commercial Banking and Account Analysis Preferred.
