Description

• Oversee and manage the infrastructure of maurices stores • Ensure the infrastructure for registers, pinpads, printers, network, traffic counters, and mobile devices are available, inventoried, patched, monitored and maintained • Work with cross functional teams to ensure assets are secure, stable, and supportable • Manage new store deployments, relocations, and closures • Provide leadership and direction to the Store Infrastructure team • Oversee deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of store infrastructure • Ensure infrastructure assets are correctly inventoried, patched, and monitored • Lead or contribute to major system upgrades or new deployments • Automate tasks to improve efficiency • Manage Service Now and create reports from various tools • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and operation of infrastructure systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management • Strong knowledge of client devices, network and general retail devices • Experience with Configuration Management Database (CMDB) systems • Excellent project management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in the retail industry • Knowledge of managed service provider oversight • Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team, including offshore, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment • Customer-focused mindset • Ability to stay self-motivated and run on your own • Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, ITIL)
