• About Proppel • We find and place Top 1% talent from Latam in companies in the US and the UK. • Good luck with your application! • Our client, a US-based company is seeking a Senior Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join their team and lead the way on creative production. • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing and graphic design. • You will be responsible for creative production and developing innovative content. • Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company's brand objectives. • Edit and produce high-quality Instagram videos, including Reels and Stories. • Design compelling static graphics for social media ads, posts, and other digital formats. • Create engaging YouTube content concepts and scripts. • Design eye-catching thumbnails that drive click-through rates on YouTube. • Repurpose existing content across various platforms to maximize its reach and impact. • Work directly with the company's founder & owner to build personal branding.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, content creation, or a related field. • Proven experience in editing Instagram videos and creating engaging Reels/Stories. • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). • Experience in developing YouTube content, including concept creation, scriptwriting, and thumbnail design (preferred) • Ability to repurpose content creatively across multiple platforms. • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
