🎯 Requirements
•5+ years in an internal HRBP or People Partner role is essential •Relevant qualifications and advanced knowledge of PH labor laws with an ability to apply them to internal policies •Exceptional communication skills and fluent in English •Experience working as part of a global team. You’ve successfully collaborated with Employee Experience and Talent Acquisition teams (or similar) to meet cross functional company goals •Solid background in performance management and employee relations •Exceptional communication skills- you’re comfortable guiding leaders through tough conversations. •A problem-solving mindset, you thrive on finding win-win solutions and your default is to assume good intent and lead with trust •Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment •You’re a people person, not a people pleaser •Experience in a SaaS company •Experience working in a start up or scale up
