Description

• The Implementation Specialist is responsible for onboarding customers and managing customer implementations. • Serve as primary contact for customers during the implementation and onboarding phase of the customer lifecycle. • Set up customer accounts in the applicable database, using native tools and/or a third-party customer management software platform. • Develop and execute customized implementation project plans and project analysis, including organizing and conducting regular project status calls internally and externally. • Work cross-departmentally with Development, Product, Sales, and Client Success to remove roadblocks and ensure a successful and timely implementation. • Assist customers with setup, configuration, and workflow decisions based on product knowledge. • Ensure all workflows and processes related to onboarding and implementations are completed on time and within budget. • Ensure a successful product launch and adoption post-go-live. • Partner with Technical Support on Customer post-go-live configuration needs. • Work with customers on Propelus products and services, both onsite (travel may be required) and online. • Complete post-implementation assessments and evaluations. • Assist in greater departmental goals and process improvements beyond Customer engagements. • Participate in pre-sales activities, such as product demonstrations and proposal development, to support the sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred. • 1-2 years of implementation experience, or a related professional services role ideally in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) or healthcare setting. • Exceptional skills in both written and verbal communication. • Strong customer-service orientation. • Creative thinking and analytical problem-solving. • Detail-oriented and organizational skills. • Technical Proficiency: Experience building, testing and deploying applications. • Data analysis tools, including Excel and SQL. • Ticketing systems like Jira and Zendesk preferred. • Potential Travel up to 10%.
