Description

• The Revenue Operations Specialist is responsible for utilizing data analysis and business intelligence tools to track and enhance the company's revenue performance. • The specialist will administer and optimize CRM and other sales tools to ensure data accuracy and system reliability. • They will design and implement process improvements to optimize operations through automation. • This role will support strategic initiatives to drive business growth by generating revenue reports, collaborating on forecasts, analyzing pricing strategies, and presenting analytic solutions. • The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically savvy, and capable of working effectively with various other departments cross-functionally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, or other related field, or equivalent relevant experience preferred. • 2-4 years of experience in GTM operations (revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, etc.) or a related analytical role preferably in B2B SaaS. • CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) • Data analysis tools, including Excel/Sheets • GTM AI tools including call support, coaching, forecasting, …etc. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret data and provide provocative and actionable insights. • Previous experience in sales operations, marketing operations, finance, or a related area • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Ability to manage projects and work independently, with a focus on process optimization and efficiency. • High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity. • Capacity to think strategically and contribute to the development of revenue-generating initiatives. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs and technologies.
