β’ At least 1 year of professional experience required; β’ Translation and localization industry experience preferred β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in translation or linguistics preferred β’ Fluent in English and one additional language preferred β’ Experience with managing multiple priorities, distributed resources, and meeting hard deadlines across time zones β’ Strong project management and organizational skills β’ Effective written and verbal communication skills β’ Ability to work inclusively as part of a virtual diverse global team β’ Computer literate and experienced with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF β’ Experience with commonly used localization tools, such as XTM, Plunet, MemoQ, or other translation management systems, XML editors, and others is preferred β’ High degree of trust and ability to maintain confidentiality
