β’ Bachelorβs degree with at least 3-4 years of proven experience in software sales to life sciences Organizations. β’ Proven ability to target key accounts, while also managing the entire territory, and identifying market potential. β’ Preference shall be given to candidates with experience selling software into the life sciences R&D space. β’ Proven network with senior leadership in Pharma and CROs is a certain plus. β’ Knowledge and experience in digital pathology (or oncology broadly), image analysis, data management, and AI solutions is a certain plus but not a must have. β’ Demonstrated ability to perform against established performance goals and metrics. β’ Willing to undertake significant travel (minimum 35-40%). β’ Willingness to independently work in a non-hierarchical company. β’ Ability and curiosity to learn. β’ Fluent in business English, verbal and written.
