• Lead sales team to achieve revenue growth objectives in credit repair industry. • Manage KPIs, team building budget, recruitment, and training of inside sales agents. • Provide guidance, coaching, and performance reporting on sales team management. • Administer agent tasks including payroll, PTO approval, and process improvements.

• Openness to challenge, drive and agility to meet ever changing needs. • Having a customer-oriented mindset with the aim of helping people achieve financial success. • Remote full-time availability 5-day work week (Mon-Fri in Eastern Time 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM ET). • Bring Your Own Device: You need to have a computer matching our requirements. • 2-3 years' experience of experience in managing high performing sales team in the credit industry.
