• Lead sales to life sciences segments in Eastern US territory. • Develop and execute a successful sales strategy for revenue growth and market share expansion. • Contribute to business growth by meeting or exceeding bookings/orders expectations. • Initialize and coordinate efforts to select strategic accounts to maximize sales opportunities. • Develop, maintain, and improve relations with all relevant accounts. • Complete and maintain sales forecast, customer data, and other records in a timely fashion. • Provide active inputs into local marketing strategies. • Participate in monitoring and reporting on competitor activities and identifying business opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years OR Master’s degree with 8+ years of proven experience in software solution/informatics sales to Life Sciences Organizations. • Proven ability to target key accounts and management in the territory and identify market potential. • Preference for candidates with experience in life sciences R&D space, including drug discovery, compounds research, toxicology pathology. • Proven network with senior leadership in Pharma and CROs is a plus. • Knowledge and experience in digital pathology, image analysis, and AI solutions is a plus but not required. • Demonstrated ability to perform against established performance goals and metrics. • Willing to undertake significant travel (minimum 35-40%). • Willingness to independently work in a non-hierarchical company. • Ability and curiosity to learn. • Fluent in business English, verbal and written.
