β’ Serve as the go-to Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned Premiere customers. β’ Participate in check-in/troubleshooting calls with accounts. β’ Conduct Technical trainings for assigned customers. β’ Build relationships with Account Team, maintaining alignment and visibility into customer issues. β’ Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to influence product direction. β’ Investigate complex, multi-faceted technical issues. β’ Lead efforts to prepare Technical Support team for newly onboarded Strategic customers. β’ Lead communication and escalation efforts during major incidents affecting customers.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. β’ 5+ years of technical support or related experience, focused on large, strategic accounts. β’ Expertise in digital pathology, healthcare technologies, or related industries. β’ Strong understanding of digital pathology systems, software and hardware integration. β’ Proficiency with diagnostic tools, monitoring systems, and support platforms. β’ Proficiency with Linux/Windows environments, networking protocols, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, etc.). β’ Ability to troubleshoot complex software and infrastructure issues. β’ Proven experience mentoring or leading technical professionals. β’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. β’ Ability to influence internal teams to prioritize customer needs and technical issues. β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. β’ Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritizing based on customer and business impact.
