• Provide critical support to Prosperity Now’s Business Development team, managing a diverse portfolio of funding streams. • Coordinate grant submissions, maintain Salesforce records, and assist with corporate engagement strategies. • Support the grant proposal process, ensuring the accuracy of submissions and coordinating deadlines. • Assist in researching corporate partners and developing proposals for productizing Prosperity Now’s services. • Track donor and funder information in Salesforce, maintaining records of contacts and proposal submissions. • Generate regular reports for leadership, providing insights on funding opportunities and revenue projections. • Provide administrative and project management support, improving internal processes and efficiency. • Collaborate with the Communications team for alignment of donor engagement strategies.
• Four years of relevant experience; or a master’s and two (2) years of experience of which two years were at a Senior Associate level or the equivalent • Bachelor’s or the equivalent years of experience • Minimum of four years of experience in grants management, fundraising, or business development, with a strong understanding of nonprofit fundraising. • Experience working with a CRM system, particularly Salesforce, for managing donor and grant data. • Proven ability to manage deadlines and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables. • Excellent research skills, with demonstrated experience in identifying and qualifying new funding opportunities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience writing proposals, reports, and donor-facing materials. • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, with a focus on supporting a diverse set of business development functions, including corporate partnerships and grant management. • Commitment to Prosperity Now’s mission of advancing economic equity and inclusion for underserved communities.
