🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an automotive service environment as an Automotive Technician or Service Writer/Advisor. • Experience using various modern computer systems, software applications, and communication tools. • Demonstrated experience in resolving conflict and creating customer satisfaction in difficult situations. • Previous customer service experience in an inbound call center or similar environment is strongly preferred. • Minimum of a high school diploma; some college education preferred.
