Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. •10+ years of experience in quality engineering, test automation, performance engineering, or software development, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director level or above). •Proven experience in building and managing test automation frameworks and performance engineering strategies for complex software products. •Strong track record of integrating test automation and performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and ensuring continuous testing and performance monitoring. •Experience with cloud platforms and performance optimization for cloud-based products. •Proficiency in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit) and experience with scripting/programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) used for automation. •Extensive experience in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) and techniques for measuring system performance, scalability, and reliability. •Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools. •Deep knowledge of QA best practices, including test case design, regression testing, and performance tuning. •Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to build, motivate, and lead high-performing teams. •Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. •Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and partner with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. •Experience working in a data security or cybersecurity product company. •Familiarity with cloud-based performance optimization and microservices architecture. •Experience with performance monitoring in production environments and tools like New Relic, Datadog, or similar platforms.
