Description

β€’ The Vice President of Banking is a key executive role responsible for the Go-To-Market (GTM) Profit & Loss (P&L) of Prove's Banking business. β€’ This position leads the Banking New Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Onboarding. β€’ The primary objective is to drive incremental revenue growth cost-effectively. β€’ The VP of Banking will collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment and execution of the business strategy. β€’ While the primary focus is on top U.S.-based banks, international expansion presents additional growth opportunities.

Requirements

β€’ Track record of successfully scaling a profitable, worldwide sales organization. β€’ 5-7 years of sales leadership with emphasis on building out a team β€’ 8-10 years of relevant experience with SaaS or direct B2B high-tech solutions for banking β€’ Promote, maintain and enhance our cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion, and leadership. β€’ Strong passion for learning about our products and markets through in-house and external training. β€’ Experience in high-growth /pre-IPO Technology companies
