Description
• Lead, manage, and foster the growth of Workiva’s inclusive business technology organization • Develop and execute a strategic business technology plan • Drive a technology-focused operational strategy • Leverage M&A experience to consolidate business systems • Maximize value from the current team and technology • Provide leadership positioning Business Technology as a critical, efficient entity • Deploy capabilities leveraging AI and automation to drive productivity • Ensure world-class infrastructure aligned with business requirements • Implement fair and inclusive operational processes • Lead a global team, ensuring effective execution • Define, maintain, and improve quality standards • Establish and sustain a customer-centric approach • Recruit, develop, and retain top talented individuals • Develop and drive the "Customer One" program
Requirements
• 15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles • Proven ability to lead with empathy • Deep knowledge of core GTM, Finance, and CPX systems like Salesforce, Workday, and Gainsight • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant field • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is desirable • Experience leading technology platforms at scale in organizations exceeding $1B and with 5,000+ employees globally • Proven track record of delivering cross-functional, tech-forward operational transformations across core functions • Led and implemented strategies transforming global finance organizations • Successfully managed complex, global M&A initiatives • Demonstrates a background with understanding of emerging trends and technologies
