Description

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles • Proven ability to lead with empathy, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment • Deep knowledge of core GTM, Finance, and CPX systems like Salesforce, Workday, and Gainsight • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant field • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is desirable • Experience leading technology platforms at scale • Proven track record of delivering cross-functional, tech-forward operational transformations • Managed complex, global M&A initiatives • Background with emerging trends and technologies • Agile thinker with a strong leadership presence • Examples of complex global stakeholder management in publicly traded organizations • Leading, organizing, and developing high-performing global teams • Exceptional people management skills
