• Senior eLearning Developer using instructional design techniques with software such as Storyline and Camtasia. • Create online learning solutions to meet organizational needs. • Implement, maintain and project manage targeted training and development programs. • Ongoing maintenance of current course content and revisions.

Requirements

• 3 years On-line instructional design or classroom based instructional design; proven track record of successful program design, delivery and evaluation. • 3 years with various eLearning software (i.e. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia). • Successful track record of working effectively with subject matter experts from a wide variety of disciplines. • Demonstrated experience producing high quality e-learning experiences with small budgets. • Experience locating, assessing, and building relationships with outside vendors. • Experience consulting and teaching others on the basics of on-line instructional design and delivery. • Proven track record of finding creative ways to leverage learning technologies. • Track record of achieving results and a strong sense of urgency when needs are at stake.
