Description

• The Senior eLearning Developer will create rich online learning solutions to meet the needs of the organization. • Implement, maintain and project manage targeted training and development programs including job aids, web-based e-learning, and simulations.

Requirements

• 3 years On-line instructional design or classroom based instructional design; • 3 years experience with various eLearning software (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia). • Successful track record of working effectively with subject matter experts. • Demonstrated experience producing high quality e-learning experiences with small budgets. • Experience locating, assessing, and building relationships with outside vendors. • Experience consulting and teaching others on instructional design and delivery. • Proven track record of leveraging learning technologies to train a diverse workforce. • Track record of achieving results with a sense of urgency.
