• Support local ministry/entity leadership teams • Serve on local leadership committees as assigned • Be responsible for financial analysis and modeling in order to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs • Propose recommendations for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets • Provide financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting • Develop analytical reports to assist in enhancing process improvements and increasing efficiencies • Serve as a resource to clinical service line leaders • Be responsible for development of financial plans and budgets as assigned by manager and departmental needs • Support month-end review of financial statements • Supervise appropriate finance staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or another related field of study • 8+ years of closely related finance experience • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) • HFMA or FACHE certifications • 6+ years of experience in a leadership role or capacity
