📋 Description

• As a Client Partner, drive revenue growth and client satisfaction. • Manage multiple client accounts and collaborate with sales teams. • Develop strong relationships with client executives as a trusted advisor. • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for clients’ needs. • Monitor project progress and manage internal and client communications. • Stay updated with industry trends to provide strategic guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting or IT services industries sales. • 2+ years of experience selling into digital product design, user experience, research, and innovation areas. • 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: strong technology solution definition and delivery in a consulting role; account management and business development experience in the services industry; depth in one or more vertical industries. • 5+ years of experience leading and managing teams to successful outcomes. • Prior experience as an Agile Coach, Product Officer, or Practitioner preferred. • 3-5 years of experience in a Project Management or delivery capacity. • 2+ years of UX/UI Design experience. • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets. • Excellent leadership skills. • Strong knowledge of SaFE/Agile/Scrum. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. • Solid understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and best practices. • Strong business acumen. • Proactive and results-oriented mindset. • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. • Ability to engage and build relations with senior leadership at Fortune 500 organizations. • Attributes include strategic thinking, teamwork, ability to influence, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a high level of professionalism, and strong attention to detail.
