• Act as first point of contact for clients and develop strong client relationships. • Handle client and tax authority requests related to tax compliance process. • Analyze client issues for appropriate business response. • Deliver product training on LumaTax platform. • Assist in onboarding new clients and setting up on LumaTax platform. • Manage client engagements and ensure business sensibility of undertakings.

Requirements

• 6+ years of VAT compliance experience • Previous experience with tax technology or a strong interest in the area • Fluent English • Ability to explain complex issues in an easy and understandable manner • Great attention to detail
