Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Managers to extract and articulate user needs. • Assist with acceptance testing and translate business needs into technical solutions. • Analyze and document processes while scouting for risks and developing strategies. • Conduct analysis of current processes to identify optimization strategies. • Gather and analyze data to refine product scalability and operational excellence. • Identify potential risks and ensure the success of product initiatives. • Evaluate system performance and recommend enhancements. • Articulate complex concepts clearly for collaboration across teams. • Establish process documentation for workflows and SOPs. • Identify automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Required 3-5 years’ experience as a Product Business Analyst or equivalent role. • Proven skills in managing projects and facilitating discussions with cross-functional teams. • Strong understanding of networks, databases, and other technology. • Ability to develop and execute a business/product plan. • Highly organized and possess strong time-management and problem-solving skills. • Preferred Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred. • IT background
