Description

• Oversee and manage several projects simultaneously primarily located in the U.S. • Typical project workload consists of 2-4 active projects involving underground installation of high voltage cables. • Manage onsite labor and supervisors to ensure safe job completion delivered on time and under budget. • Update project schedules in MS Project and monitor project budgets. • Identify, resolve, or escalate operational problems and minimize delays. • Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate project status.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management with either transmission or distribution. • High voltage (69KV-400KV) underground cable manufacturing or installation experience. • Technical education relating to electrical transmission; partial discharge measurements and basic theory of partial discharge. • Working safely in energized and de-energized substations. • Ability to effectively multi-task complex dynamic projects. • Accurately monitor financial project status for multi-year, multi-million dollar projects.
