Description
• Drive and support Implementation Services • Provide technical advisory services and mentorship for PTC partners • Support PTC’s Internal segment processes • Develop documentation to support partners as they implement PTC ALM solutions • Create technical documentation, including guides, best practices, and reference materials • Analyze customers’ processes and PTC solution value • Investigate and resolve technical issues, working closely with the customer and our engineering teams
Requirements
• Excellent relationship building capabilities, high-energy & results-oriented with a customer first mentality • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • First class attention to detail, solution-finding • Excellent presentation skills • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English is mandatory • Knowledge of the ALM space with associated technologies • Experience in programming language (Java, C++, JavaScript, etc.) • Experience in one of relational Database technology (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) • Previous software consulting experience in the role of solution, technical or application architect
