• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager or in a similar leadership role. • 2+ years in AI/ML and surrounding technologies • Strong technical background with the ability to guide design and architecture. • Hands-on experience in coding and technical problem-solving. • Comfort with building and iterating on both Open Source and Enterprise products. • Comfort with all/some of the following: Amazon Web Services, MySQL, elasticsearch, AI/ML, building robust and resilient systems. • Exceptional communication, both written and verbal. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment is a plus.
