• Ensure quality delivery and optimize processes. • Design and script surveys. • Collaborate with teams and troubleshoot technical challenges. • Improve efficiency and automate processes. • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in ConfirmIT survey scripting. • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery and survey logic. • Ability to manage complex projects independently. • Ready to work in AU/SG time zones and with international clients. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to learn and adapt to new tools as needed. • Experience in panel management/setup in ConfirmIT, along with expertise in Decipher will be an added advantage.
