β’ Lead the development and execution of comprehensive financial plans. β’ Lead and enhance company-wide operations by building and owning a comprehensive operational cadence. β’ Design and maintain a robust financial reporting system. β’ Act as a key business partner to other departments. β’ Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team spanning Finance, Operations and HR. β’ Support C-Suite in managing relationships with investors and preparing for subsequent funding rounds. β’ Ensure adherence to financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
β’ Minimum of 7-10 years in Finance, including significant experience in a leadership role within a SaaS or technology startup (series C +). β’ Exceptional leadership skills with a history of building and leading effective teams in a multiple vertical alignment organization structure; including Finance, Operations, HR & Legal β’ Proven experience in leading and optimizing company-wide operations, to drive strategic alignment and performance across all departments. β’ Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Experience with financial systems and tools, and a solid understanding of SaaS financial metrics and KPIs. β’ Proven experience in managing quarterly and annual planning processes. Strong track record of optimizing financial operations, implementing best practices, and enhancing process efficiency. β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a strategic approach to financial planning and business growth. Ability to anticipate and respond to market trends and changes in the business landscape. β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience managing change and navigating the challenges of a growing startup.
