• Business Development Representatives (Remote) • About Puulse Marketing: At Puulse Marketing International FZCO, we are focused on achieving business excellence through innovation, highest level of customer service and consistent performance to our trusted partners. • As a Business Development Representative, you will: Identify and qualify potential clients through targeted prospecting and lead generation through cold calling. • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and build strong relationships to result positive closures. • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads. • Track and focus on developing the clientele continuously. • Be smart / sharp to analyze and pick the right prospective leads which will result in a positive closure through situational approach in convincing the potential customer.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Preferably native English speakers or someone with the ability to converse with a neutral accent. • Ability to manage multiple customer moods effectively through appropriate voice modulation • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. • Ability to problem-solving and excellent negotiation skills. • Self-motivated and target-driven to reach success. • Ability to maintain work ethics whilst handling a remote role. • Ability to commit to 40 hours a week and be able to work according to EST hours • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Prior experience in Inside Sales or Business Development or Sale & Marketing role is a definite advantage.
