📋 Description

• We’re looking for a Sales Development Team Lead to drive pipeline growth, optimise processes, and develop a high-performing SDR team. • This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for coaching, motivating, and scaling our team to consistently exceed targets. • You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure a best in class outbound strategy that fuels revenue growth. • If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have a proven track record of leading SDR teams, and are passionate about building and optimising sales processes, we’d love to hear from you!

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an SDR/BDR leadership role, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth sales environment. • Proven ability to lead, coach, and scale SDR teams, consistently achieving or exceeding pipeline targets. • Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (SalesLoft, Sales Navigator, etc.). • Track record of building high-performing outbound programs across different markets and geographies. • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams. • Ability to create and execute new business development strategies, leveraging data-driven insights. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
