• Program Strategy Manager focused on long-term financial stability for movements • Manage internal grantmaking and partner relationships

Requirements

• Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in philanthropic, investment, and/or non-profit sectors • Familiarity with philanthropic strategy including long-term planning against identified goals applying a variety of assets • Knowledge of social justice frameworks and movements as a strategy for achieving social change • Experience bridging between traditional capital investments teams and social movements • Experience building and maintaining relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders • Ability to travel as needed
