📋 Description

• Manage and track non-compensation expenses across operations, particularly within the hosting group, ensuring expenses are accurately captured and aligned with budgeted forecasts. • Develop and maintain consolidated expense forecasts for the operations groups, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial performance, variances, and potential risks. • Monitor and report on key cost drivers, implementing best practices for strategic cost tracking and delivering analysis on cost-saving opportunities across operations. • Partner with cross-functional teams, including hosting, accounting and procurement, to ensure financial alignment and contribute to cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiency projects. • Provide detailed financial reporting and analysis on non-compensation expenses, delivering insights on trends, risks, and opportunities to senior management. • Lead or support cost optimization initiatives, providing financial expertise to identify areas of improvement, project tracking, and assessing the financial impact of proposed changes. • Assist in the development of strategic financial plans, helping to align cost management practices with the long-term goals and growth strategies of the company. • Support ad hoc financial requests, special projects, and any analytical needs related to non-compensation cost management.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in (relevant degree) and a minimum of 12 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 8+ years of experience; or equivalent related work experience. • Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting/budgeting practices • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends and indicators of future performance • Ability to solve complex problems with creative solutions • Advanced Excel and Power Point skills • Background in financial services, information technology and/or software is a definite advantage, particularly SaaS, including software revenue recognition • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, cross-functional working relationships and add value as a financial business partner
