Requirements

• Experience in implementing content and configuration into systems preferably in a hospitality/retail setting • Experience of online ordering and food delivery systems • Proficiency in configuration management • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel for receiving and managing data • Experience using ticket systems e.g. Jira • High attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment • Strong team player who cares about providing outstanding customer service • Self-motivated and willing to take on new challenges • Proficient in both English & Spanish languages
