• Develop and execute account plans that drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term client success. • Leading an account team, consisting of various customer success managers. • Maintain frequent contact with assigned accounts, acting as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for all client needs. • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and manage the entire sales process from initiation to closing. • Manage escalations effectively, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve any customer issues promptly and satisfactorily. • Meet or exceed assigned quarterly and annual revenue targets, ensuring both personal and team success.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in enterprise account management, preferably within the SaaS or aviation industry. • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. • Willingness to travel internationally as required. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, or a related field.
