• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with IQ Option's overall business goals • Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and email marketing • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI • Lead the development and execution of creative marketing campaigns • Analyze marketing data and insights to inform strategic decision-making • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field • 3 years of work experience in marketing for a broker with CFDs on Forex, Stocks, Indices, Commodities, etc. • Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns for Partners (IBs, affiliates, influencers) and traders • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals
