📋 Description
• Responsible for conducting management reviews of properties. • Reviews tenant file documents and rent calculations. • Conducts inspections of multifamily project-based Section 8 units. • Notifies owners of health and safety violations. • Maintains relationships with owners, tenants, and HUD. • Completes reports and enters data into systems.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred. • Five years of progressively responsible property management experience. • Experience with multi-family project based Section 8 properties. • Must have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
