Description

• Lead efforts to optimize end user experiences and drive recurring revenue growth. • Ensure smooth technical marketing integrations, enhancing user experiences across communities. • Monitor and report on marketing integration performance and its business impact. • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to improve registration processes and drive community engagement. • Manage recurring revenue streams and provide forecasting for end user performance. • Drive increased utilization of lockers and other service verticals. • Develop and execute monetization strategies to meet recurring fee targets. • Partner with Customer Success and marketing to create effective non-integrated registration processes. • Evaluate and optimize strategies to meet key performance indicators (KPIs). • Engage with end users and property managers to identify and address pain points. • Translate performance data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making. • Support budgeting and forecasting processes with data-driven insights. • Contribute to monthly operations reports and develop new reports as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. • 7+ years of experience in operations, preferably in marketing or related fields. • Experience in the multifamily industry is a plus. • Proficiency in Salesforce and other relevant tools. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential. • Knowledge gaps can be filled.
