β’ Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a business-related area or a combination of 10+ relevant industry work experience and certifications. β’ Experience in the paint pretreatment and/or industrial coatings market preferred β’ Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales or relevant industry experience.
