• Analyze vast amounts of data to uncover trends that improve products and services. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and drive innovation. • Procure and build scalable and high-performance custom data models and algorithms. • Employ various statistical analysis techniques to examine consumer attitudes, perceptions, and behaviors. • Design and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms across the enterprise.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research, or related analytics areas; advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in AI, ML, and LLM technologies in BPO, product development, or recruitment marketing settings. • Profound understanding of AI algorithms, NLP, machine learning frameworks, and deep learning models. • Solid foundation in statistics and practical experience with statistical software (such as Excel, SPSS, SAS) and mastery in data analysis languages including SQL, Python, and R. • Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. • Able to work in fast pace continuously evolving environment and ready to take up uphill challenges. • Experience navigating ambiguous and/or complex situations. • Experience in working in dual shore engagement is preferred.
