🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 10+ years of professional experience in SCADA Engineering • Proficiency in designing, commissioning, and supporting SCADA systems • Strong knowledge of industry automation protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, and OPC UA • Familiarity with PV solar plant electrical design and monitoring functions • Understanding of RS-232/RS-485 and Ethernet TCP/IP networking • Excellent communication and customer support skills, including conflict resolution • Ability to interpret diagrams and schematics, including power system layouts • Experience managing multiple project priorities and deliverables • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
