📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Handle customer queries, complaints, and support requests over the phone. • Provide accurate product/service information and resolve customer issues effectively. • Escalate unresolved queries to relevant departments while ensuring proper follow-up. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM or support tools. • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and service quality. • Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs (response time, call quality, resolution rate, etc.).
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in voice support or customer service roles. • Excellent verbal communication skills in English. • Prior experience in voice-based customer support or a call center environment is preferred. • Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure. • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or support tools. • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. • High level of professionalism, punctuality, and reliability. • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends (if applicable).
