Requirements

β€’ English language level: Upper-Intermediate+ β€’ Fluent Ukrainian language β€’ Developed communication skills β€’ Stress resistance β€’ Availability of a personal computer and round-the-clock access to the Internet β€’ Experience with Zendesk (a plus)
