📋 Description
• Lead and evolve our QA strategy, processes, and execution across all products • Collaborate closely with development leadership in a "QA shift left" approach • Work with Squads and Team Leads to achieve quality objectives and improve testing methodologies • Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies including manual and automated testing • Facilitate the development and implementation of API and strategic UI automation testing • Oversee and improve test case management, test execution, smoke testing, and desk checks • Implement and enhance performance testing and scalability testing protocols • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to QA team members • Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive their implementation • Help make high-level technical decisions related to quality assurance infrastructure
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of QA experience in a product development environment • 3+ years in a QA leadership role • Strong experience with test automation frameworks and tools, particularly API automation • Experience with test case management systems and test execution frameworks • Proficiency in performance testing and scalability testing methodologies • Experience implementing and managing automated testing pipelines • Knowledge of modern CI/CD practices and their integration with QA processes • Experience working with cloud-based and hybrid-cloud architectures
