Description

• Collaborate closely with the CSO to develop and execute strategic plans. • Manage and monitor the research team’s roadmap and meetings. • Serve as a key liaison between the CSO and internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders. • Conduct research and analysis on emerging trends in quantum and chemistry domains. • Coordinate and prioritize activities, projects, and meetings for the CSO. • Assist in preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials. • Work closely with CSO and General Counsel to support R&D team’s IP strategy. • Support the CSO in fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Requirements

• PhD in a relevant field such as Quantum Physics, Computational Chemistry, HPC or related discipline. • Passion for computational science and technology - Strong communication skills with fluency in both French and English. • Previous experience in strategic consulting or a similar role preferred. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Proven ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders. • Demonstrated leadership potential with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
