📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our comprehensive SEO strategy. • This role requires expertise in both conventional SEO best practices and cutting-edge LLM-based search optimization. • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies across traditional search engines and AI-powered platforms. • Conduct thorough keyword research and semantic analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization. • Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation. • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics or SEMrush. • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in both traditional SEO and AI search technologies. • Manage and optimize on-page elements to enhance search engine crawling and indexing. • Lead link-building initiatives to improve domain authority and search rankings. • Work closely with the web development team to ensure the website is optimized for search engines. • Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. • 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with demonstrated knowledge of AI and LLM-based search optimization • Strong understanding of both traditional search algorithms and AI-powered search systems • Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and web analytics. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills. • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving. • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website technologies is a plus.
