📋 Description

• Lead, inspire, and manage the Quest Data Solutions team in Germany across sales, pre-sales, and customer success functions. • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Germany, aligning local plans with global business objectives. • Drive new business, and cross-sell opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets. • Build and maintain trusted relationships with enterprise customers, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction. • Identify new industry sectors and growth opportunities to increase Quest’s footprint in the German market. • Develop and strengthen partnerships with local resellers, integrators, and technology alliances. • Ensure smooth local operations, compliance with regional regulations, and alignment with company processes. • Serve as the public face of Quest Data Solutions in Germany, participating in events, media engagements, and industry forums.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales and business leadership • Proven success in managing and scaling local or regional teams • Strong knowledge of the German enterprise IT landscape, especially in data management, analytics, and governance • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both German and English • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on and execution-focused • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization • Experience with data governance, data intelligence, or similar technologies (preferred) • Background with international software vendors or high-growth tech companies (preferred) • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, IT, or related fields (preferred)
