📋 Description

• The Project Manager reports to the Manager of Operations as part of Questel's Language Solutions Team • Will run assigned projects on a day-to-day basis • Responsible for organizing, managing, and delivering projects that meet clients’ objectives • Develop project workflows and ensure translations are accurate and compliant • Participate in client meetings and disseminate project requirements • Train internal teams on client expectations • Regularly review project schedules and revise as needed • Maintain relationships with vendors and coach them on linguistic issues • Establish communication schedules to update stakeholders on project progress • Perform quality control measures on projects prior to delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Minimum of five (5) years as a Project Manager required • 5+ years’ experience as Project Manager • PMP certification preferred • Excellent analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills using professional tone and language • Demonstrated skills in project management, negotiations and problem-solving • Outstanding planning, scheduling, and coordination skills • Highly developed interpersonal skills and dynamic presentation skills • Willingness to occasionally manage and deliver projects during non-standard hours • Detail-oriented, organized, thorough, accurate, and able to work quickly and steadily • Able to effectively multi-task in stressful situations • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – advanced Excel skills a plus • Fluent in English • Fluency in a foreign language or skilled in translation industry
