Description

• The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in preparing financial statements, conducting in-depth financial analyses, and managing key financial processes. • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. • Conduct comprehensive waterfall analysis and manage cap tables to support financial decision-making. • Develop and maintain a strong grasp of convertible debt and equity structures, ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations. • Perform bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining financial records. • Assist with HR functions, such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee record management. • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making. • Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar financial role. • Strong understanding of financial statements, waterfall analysis, and cap tables. • Expertise in convertible debt and equity structures. • Proficiency in bookkeeping and accounting software. • Experience in HR and benefits administration. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • High attention to detail and accuracy.
