Description
• As the QDX Ecosystem Growth Manager, you will play a central role in developing and executing high-impact strategies that fuel the growth and value of the QDX ecosystem. • This role will work cross-functionally to identify and cultivate partnerships, enhance community engagement, and accelerate user adoption and transaction volume. • Monitor and analyze key metrics, including community engagement, transaction volume, and user growth, to continually refine and optimize growth strategies.
Requirements
• Experience: 5+ years in growth management or ecosystem development within the blockchain, DeFi, or related technology sectors. • Proven ability to develop and implement high-growth strategies, particularly within blockchain ecosystems. • Strong track record of securing and managing partnerships that drive utility and value. • Deep understanding of community-building within blockchain ecosystems and ability to create strong user engagement. • Data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience monitoring and optimizing based on performance metrics. • Experience working across departments to align goals and achieve shared growth objectives.
