Description

• We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join our growing Sales Operations Team. • This role will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GTM processes, technical proficiency in Salesforce, and familiarity with other GTM tools. • This role will provide critical business process support for our current CRM (Salesforce) and contribute to our large-scale Quote to Cash transformation projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst or related role working within Salesforce. A plus if from a GTM or Sales Operations environment. • Technical knowledge of Salesforce, including data management, reporting, and basic administration (Salesforce Admin or Salesforce Business Analyst certification is a plus). • Experience with GTM tools such as Salesforce, Dealhub CPQ, DocuSign, Avalara, Gong, RingDNA, RingCentral, Hubspot, Qualtrics. • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose actionable insights. • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Proven ability to coordinate and manage projects with cross-functional teams, ensuring timelines and expectations are met. • Ability to understand and map business processes, with a focus on identifying opportunities for improvement and scalability.
